Michael is an Emmy award winning filmmaker and co-founder of Mixed Nuts Productions from South Jersey. He is the Video Content Manager for the Philadelphia Phillies and wrote, directed and edited The Phillie Phanatic Saves the 4th and the lead editor on Bedlam at the Bank: The 2022 Phillies Video Yearbook.
Over the years, Michael has directed films such as the award winning independent feature film No Footing and short films First Snow, STILL and Millie's Care Free Day. He is the creator and producer for the retrogame comedy web series Living in 8 Bits and its spinoff Super Plumber Bros. Michael has also produced music videos for artists such as Rich Cronin (LFO), Lori Reed, Honah Lee, and MC Lars.
Along with producing his own films, he has also worked with Cinevore Studios including Nerd vs. Geek (DP/Editor/AD), Moot (DP/Editor/AD), and Vessel (DP/Co-Editor). Other collaborations include RetrowareTV's The Video Game Years (Editor), Angry Video Game Nerd: The Movie (Editor) and Shout Factory's Mystery Science Theater 3000 Turkey Day Marathon in 2013 and 2014 (DP).
For 6 years, he taught the annual film program at Mainstage Center for the Arts’ Summer Stage.
